Mum & Baby Yoga In-Person Course


Our Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga Course is a fun way for you to spend time with your little one, while getting some exercise in a safe & supportive environment.

This class will help you to adjust to your new postnatal body. It will help build strength and confidence through yoga poses and breath work. You will learn new ways to release stress and tension, and some useful relaxation techniques you can use at any time.

These classes are full of movement and song to help keep your baby engaged and having fun. Your baby will receive some gentle baby massage, exercises and stretches, while introducing them to yoga alongside their mammy.

Suitable for all postnatal mothers, from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post caesarean birth. All babies are welcome to the class and suitable until crawling at speed. These classes are completely baby-led, so your baby can laugh, cry, sleep, feed or whatever else they may need through out the class.

Each course is booked in a 5 week block, with 1 class per week.
