This Pregnancy Yoga class is the perfect way to make you feel strong and confident throughout your pregnancy. Combining gentle yoga poses with breath work and relaxation, to help you adjust to the changes in your body while creating space and connecting with your little one.
Pregnancy Yoga combines a gentle yoga practice with childbirth preparation, helping to make you feel more prepared for Labour & Birth. Practice many of the positions which are optimal for childbirth along with some of the many breathing techniques to help make you feel calm, relaxed and focused.
This safe & supportive environment is the perfect for you to practice, surrounded by other women going through similar experiences.
All Classes are suitable from 12 weeks gestation and require no previous experience.
This ‘Drop In’ option is available for anyone who wishes to attend a pregnancy yoga class but cannot commit to a course which is run at the same time & day each week. It is also perfect for those who are taking part in the pregnancy yoga course but which to attend more classes. These classes will be on at various times and on different days, in the hope to suit most people.
Private classes are also available for anyone who may wish for a 1-to-1 class. This may be perfect if you are not ready for a class setting, if you require special attention or are unable to attend classes due to time constraints.
