This Pregnancy Yoga course is the perfect way to make you feel strong and confident throughout your pregnancy. Combining gentle yoga poses with breath work and relaxation, to help you adjust to the changes in your body while creating space and connecting with your little one.
Pregnancy Yoga combines a gentle yoga practice with childbirth preparation, helping to make you feel more prepared for Labour & Birth. Practice many of the positions which are optimal for childbirth along with some of the many breathing techniques to help make you feel calm, relaxed and focused.
This safe & supportive environment is the perfect for you to practice, surrounded by other women going through similar experiences.
All Classes are suitable from 12 weeks gestation and require no previous experience. Each course is booked in a 5 week block, with 1 class per week.
