Pregnancy Yoga class combines some gentle yoga poses and flexibility exercises with relaxation, mindfulness and breathing, to offer you many physical and emotional benefits. It introduces you to the support network of other expecting mothers, while also offering you the quiet, calm time and space to just ‘be’.
Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum & Baby Yoga class is a fun way to spend time with your baby, while getting some safe exercise to help strengthen both your body and mind. The class is full of movement and songs for baby and some light, gentle but most importantly, enjoyable exercise for you, as you adapt to your role as a new mother.
